It’s packed with semisweet chocolate chips, crunchy Heath toffee pieces, and a hint of espresso to make every bite even richer. Hey, I'm Tabitha — but growing up, my family and closest friends called me Tabu, and that little nickname always stuck with me. So when it came time to name my business, it felt like the most natural choice. The kitchen has always been my happy place, and somewhere between the butter, brown sugar, and way too many test batches, baking became more than a hobby — it became a passion. I started Tabu Cookie Co. because I genuinely love the science behind a perfect cookie. Every ingredient has a purpose, every batch is intentional, and every bite is the result of me nerding out.
